Caution: No flying zone declared in Ratlam
No flying zone declared in Banjali helipad and district
Ratlam 03 November 2023/ In view of the Ratlam program of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Collector and District Magistrate Shri Bhaskar Lakshakar issued an order under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, for security reasons, at the helipad located at Banjali Air Strip and any other place in Ratlam district. Flying any type of UAV or drone has been banned and declared a no flying zone.
On violation of the order, a case will be registered and prosecution action will be taken under the Indian Penal Code and other relevant provisions.
The order will remain effective till the end of the Prime Minister’s tour programme.
The movement of any kind of drone aircraft has been completely stopped, this is being done as a precautionary measure because the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to come to Ratlam on November 4, regarding which strict security has been imposed on the area.
